markus sighed "net slum isnt that where incompleat and broken AI's end up". he got up "worth a try i mean if he is here it cant hurt to seek him out".

"Yeah its where all the remnants of deleted data end up and find a haven to live in and where most things that aren't wanted eventually end up seeking sanctuary." Rumor said picking his staff up. He sent an invite to Markus. "I can take us right there from here pretty easily"

[masorin]

Markus accepted the invite "thanks that would be greatly appreciated". he was cheerful that there was a chance of meeting his son after so long "i cant thank you enough for this".

[Eden]

"It's no problem and its something to do" Rumor said raising his staff up into the air before smashing it down forcefully warping both of them. They warped to a cleared off area of Net Slum the crumbling buildings and weird anomalies surrounding them. The giant cell phone tower was just visible over the tops of the buildings.

markus sighed looking around "where do we even begin i mean this place is as large as a server finding one person will take a while".

[Eden]

"That is true but us being here should cause Kira to come to see who has entered the Net Slum so he might be able to help us" Rumor said setting Fierro down and walking over to one of the buildings to peer though the window. "Maybe if you tried calling out his name?"

[masorin]

markus nodded "sounds like an idea". markus inhaled and shouted at the top of his lungs he decided to yell out the gamer tag insted of malikai's actual name "MALIKAI ARE YOU HERE". there was no answer at first and markus sighed "maybe we should start looking around".

mienwhile malikai sighed as he got up from where he had sitting for the last while he yawned "what now".

"Okay" Rumor said starting down one of the alleyways looking for the boy. When he looked back he noticed that he had managed to lose Markus in the labyrinth that made up Net Slum. Seeing a normal looking character he walked over to him smiling. "Excuse me but have you seen a man named Markus I seem to have lost him somehow while looking for his son" Rumor said to the other wavemaster as Fierro ran around them both.

malikai smilled at the entrence of the new person "well i cant say ive seen him but id be willing to help you look for him. ive spent a year here so i know it pritty well. oh by the way im malikai whats your name".

markus sighed he had been fallowing rumor one moment and then he must of taken a wroung turn some where cause he found himself lost and confused "i wish they would make a better miny map this one sucks".

"My name is Rumor" he replied smiling at the other boy. "We came here to find his son who's name was .... Milkshake? ... no that wasn't it" Rumor said scratching his head. "I don't really remember his son's name but he said that his son might be trapped in the game now so I wanted to help"

malikai sighed as he put the senerario in order. he had thought he had heard some one call him earlier "well i have been traped in the game for quite some time rumor thou it hardaly matters to me any more".

markus had finally managed to catch up to rumor and he sighed in releife "god i thout id never find you in this place". he looked at the wave master a seemingly regular player here was more then odd "mind if i ask who you are".

"His name is Malikai, he said that he would help us look for your son" Rumor said smiling happily as he bent to pick up Fierro.

markus almost fell to his knees "malikai.... are you really". malikai almost laughed "long time no see father. i thought i heard you yelling". markus walked up to malikai "why if youve been alive this hole time why didnt you seek any one out". malikai sighed "i thought about it but really the way i see it im dead the outside world has little to do with me".

Rumor turned not wanting to intrude on the talk the two were having but hearing what Malikai said he turned back. "Your not dead to the outside world here you can still talk to people from the outside, you can let them know your okay and you can still be with them just on a different plane" he said before looking down suddenly aware of his ranting. "Just your not dead, not really" he mumbled.

malikai was taken aback by the sudden out burst but regained his ground "what could you know on the subject". markus stopped malikai from going futher "hes the same malikai a lost one like you and hes right you can still talk to people you can interact you may be in this game but your not alone". malikai stepped back "leave me alone. i havent been a succlusive hermit for a year for no reason i want nothing to do with it the outside the world and most sertenly not you father".
