History: Jouten was found by the British Library when he was three in a adoption agency in Hong Kong. He was brought to the library about the same time as Rumor and began to be trained by the Paper Yomiko Readman. While being trained by her he began to find that he also enjoyed fighting with more then his paper but along with his fist. He worked with Yomiko's friend Drake who taught him everything he knew about hand to hand. While he was never as powerful as his friend when it came to using power he easily overpowered him when it came to physical fights. When Rumor and Jouten became full fledged paper masters at young ages of 16 and 17. Jouten was told that he would be able to become the next Paper if he was to kill his teacher and take her title. Fearing the British Library he fled to his home town of Hong Kong and joined the Paper Sisters. He heard that Rumor wasn't as lucky and that he had killed there teacher and was now the Paper. While Michelle, Maggie and Anita tried to help Jouten to get over this betrayal by his only true friend he never truly did and still wishes to get his revenge against both his best friend and the organization that created him.
