Jouten pulled up his pant legs to show weights tied down to them. He took them both off and tossed them out of the way. Each one making a loud thud when hitting the ground " Man oh man those things do a number on you" he said cracking his neck and knuckles. Waltz looked at Jouten with a horrified look on his face " Those leg weights. How.....much are they?" he asked. " Oh about 50 pounds each" Jouten casually said as he continued to stretch his body. " There's no way that's possible. What did you train for to be able to move that last wearing over a hundred pounds in weight?" Waltz asked shaking until he thought of something " Wait just because you wore weights means nothing. Even with just a speed increase there will be no way for you to win!" he shouted. Waltz then lost track of Jouten's movements for a split second and Jouten pounded him straight in the face sending backwards " What were you saying? Something about a speed increase not doing anything?" he said with a grin. Waltz slowly stood up and wiped the blood from his face " Don't get full of yourself from one lucky shot!!!" he shouted. Waltz raised his hand at a park bench and then condensed it into a stake. Waltz was just about to throw it but Jouten was suddenly in his face. Jouten unleashed a barrage of punches and kicks to Waltz. Waltz fell to his knees swearing " Damn you! This isn't over! I will go all out to kill you!". Jouten sighed " You still don't get it. The difference between our powers? I fight to protect while you fight to kill. That's why you won't beat me" he said to Waltz.

Waltz laughed " If you think you can beat me then stop my most powerful attack!" he shouted as as a giant black orb appeared over his head. It started pulling in everything around it like a giant warm hole " What is that thing!?" Jouten shouted trying to keep himself standing. " It will devour everything in this city and wipe it out of existence. This is the power Nitas granted me!" Waltz shouted. Jouten formed a giant paper rod and stuck it into the ground " That explains it then. I will make sure to stop you before it makes it past this block" he said calmly. Waltz glared at Jouten " How can you still think your going to win? Even with your speed theres no way you can stop me without getting devoured" he said grinning. Jouten nodded " Your right theres no way at my current level I can. I have to use what I truly gained. The Speed Burst Blur." he stated. Jouten suddenly had electricity surround his body and it looked like Jouten's body was flickering " What the hell are you doing!?" Waltz asked in surprise. " I have no reason to explain things to my enemy" Jouten said begining his attack. Suddenly Jouten seemed to fade away right in front of Waltz. Waltz sensed Jouten's location and quickly turned around " You can't fool me boy" he shouted throwing a car at Jouten. Jouten suddenly faded away again in front of Waltz " What? If that wasn't you...." Waltz said angrily. Waltz felt a blade touch his back " You see? Its no use fighting me if you can't even keep up. Give up and tell me where your leader is so I can end this war" Jouten said from behind.

Waltz laughed " I may not get to beat you fairly but I won't fail like I did last time" he said. Jouten remained unfazed " What do you mean by fair? If you even attempt to move I will bring you down" he said. Waltz started coughing up blood and then he said " I wouldn't do that if I were you. I have one more trick up my sleeve". Jouten suddenly realized his mistake. " Its over! We both die here!" Waltz shouted as his body suddenly became another black worm hole.
Zack and Kaze remained locked in their deadly sword dual while Rex and Darin watched. " Your not going to help your comrade" Darin asked Rex. Rex waved his hand with a blank look on his face " Its in our honor as men not to interfer with our friends battles even if it looks like they are losing. Its boring but intertaining at the same time" he explained. Darin remained silent. Their job was only to keep their enemies busy while Kain put the next plan in motion so she would remain out of battle as long as she could. Luckily for her the enemy thought the same way.
Aaron looked around at the block Jouten had gone to fight Waltz. It was completely trashed with cars all destroyed, buildings knocked over, and flames everywhere. Aaron continued walking until he finally found Jouten sitting on a pile of rubble with a pale look on his face " What happened? Is he dead?" Aaron asked Jouten. Jouten nodded and said " Yeah he turned his body into one of his gravational orbs to try killing me. He died in the process". Aaron took out a cigarette and lit it up " So you used the Speed Burst Blur to get away in the end. Waltz was to crazed with power to understand he had already lost" he said puffing smoke. Jouten sighed " Its something I never expected. He killed himself just to try killing me. I never realized how serious of a enemy Salvation was until today" he said. Aaron patted Jouten's shoulder and said " Your not finished yet right? You still have to stop the rest of them from destroying the rest of the city". Jouten smirked and stood up " Don't worry I will stop the rest of them no matter what" he said as he took off into a dash.
Kain felt a sudden change in his pulse " It seems.....Waltz is dead" he said. Gengi looked at Kain with surprise " Really? Who took him out?" he asked. Kain stared angrily at the ground " That brat Jouten Kira. It seems like he has gotten stronger. We need to send someone else to hold him off so he can't interupt our plans" he said. Taihou smirked " Let me take care of him. He thinks he can actually stop us? Don't make me laugh. I'll leave him full of holes" he said. Kain nodded " Go ahead then Taihou. Gengi and I will remain here waiting for the others. You need to delay Jouten got it?" he asked. " No problem its already done" Taihou said walking off into the battle worn city of Tokyo.

Lospan and Ajem caught up to the other group looking no worse for the wear though each seemed a bit worn out. As they neared Ajem sensed something coming up behind them and when he looked behind he saw the distinct coloring of Tsukiyo's large familair this time in the form of a dragonfly. As if neared Ajem ran over to it greeting the people that emerged. From inside the green paper familar came Yomiko, Tsukiyo, Nancy and Susan. Ajem kept looking for another person but as the familar colapsed and returned to the paper cube Tsukiyo was fond of using he knew that Rumor wasn't coming. He turned to Yomiko before looking back at Jouten. Not knowing if something had happened between the old time rivals he decided not to ask where the Paper was.

Jouten stopped and looked around at everyone that came " So everyone decided to come after all. Yomiko, Susan, Ajem, Nancy, and even you Tsukiyo. Its like a big reunion. I don't see Rumor though. Is he coming?" he asked everyone from the British Library.
Zack blocked Kaze's sword and pushed him back. " Your pretty good for a weakling. You know i'm toying with you." Kaze said as he repeatedly clashed and blocked Zack's katana. Zack realized that he was getting no where with just a plain sword dual. " You know you should never underestimate your opponent since its disrespectful. It sours the match" Zack said. Kaze laughed " Who are you to lecture me!? The weak shouldn't talk!" he shouted. Zack used his barrier to block Kaze and surround his body " What the hell is this? I can't move" he said trying to move his sword. Zack looked into Kazes eyes and said " What was it you said about me being weak? While you decided I wasn't good enough to use your full strength against I was focusing my power to my most deadly move. It restricts your movements completely within the dimension of my barrier. Now I will tell you who I am. Zack Skyier World Affairs agent". Zack took his katana and then slashed Kaze across the chest.
Carmack shot at the soldiers with his pistol as he and Jean sat on her paper lion familar. They cleared out two blocks in about a minute and were searching for any sign of Salvation " Damn it we haven't seen any sign of Zack or anyone else. Jean do you have any idea where your going?" Carmack shouted. Jean sighed " Carmack this is all of Tokyo. Honestly they could be anywhere. We just have to continue Zack's order" she said. " Well I just wish something interesting would happen." Carmack said.

Yomiko walked forward holding the note Rumor left on the grounds. "He says he has gone to hell" she whispered passing Jouten the note. "Its usually very difficult to get people back from there" she told him looking down after giving him the piece of paper. Ajem stepped back and began nudging Lospan moving her forward. Finally giving in and stepping forward. "I could attempt to get him back from hell if you guys want to me too" she said shuffling her feet.

Jouten nodded towards Lospan " If you can bring him back you should do it. Rumor doesn't deserve to go to hell" he said looking over the note.
Kaze held his chest to try to stop the bleeding " Damn you! How dare you mock me. Well Zack allow me to kill you now with my full power" he said holding his blade and it began to glow red. Darin watched Kaze concerned " Hes going to use that form of his powers? Whats he thinking? He knows we are only supposed to delay them" she said under her breath. Rex watched the battle closely ( Ok Zack hes pulling out his trump card. How will you respond to this?) he wondered. Zack held up his arm to block the wind blowing in his face from Kaze's sword. He had no idea what his blade would do once it finished changing. After the wind settled Zack saw the sword had spit down the middle and turned red " Say hello to Negashi level 2" Kaze said laughing.
Carmack and Jean looked at the man who had appeared before them. He had white hair, a red coat, and two large guns. " Hello my name is Taihou Gan and i'm afraid you won't be allowed to go any futher. My hellhounds won't let you" he said pointing his right gun at the two of them. " Theres two of us and only one of you" Carmack said taking out his own pistol. " Listen you two. Go get Jouten Kira. I have some business with him that has to be resolved I don't have time to play with you" he said pulling out his second hellhound with his left hand.

(Sorry I couldn't post yesterday my mom had me out of the house till like one this morning -.-)
Lospan nodded her head to Jouten producing a small piece of chalk from her pocket and kneeling down quickly sketching out a large circle on the ground that had a number of weird symbols along the outside. No one really talked much and just watched the young girl work holding there breath in anticipation. When it was finally done she stood up and admired the circle before raising both arms over the circle and closing her eyes. "I activate my contract with the lord of the underworld seeking to bring things from his domain into our own" she began the chalk turning from white to a dark red electricity running along it and up into the air randomly in large bursts. "Given my soul to the lord I seek to bring forth the Paper from the depths of hell and into the world once more and under our contract it will happen" she finished and the symbol on the ground gave one last burst of energy before fading back and and turning white nothing happening. Lospan frowned deeply looking the diagram over for mistakes. When it finally dawned on her why it was a failure she turned to Jouten. "I'm missing two things to summon him here" she said. "I need something that he has touched or that at least belonged to him and I need more power then I can produce and the more would be the better since he is so much more powerful then I am I can't summon him on my own"

Jouten thought for a moment " Something he has touched and power? I can provide some power but it probably won't enough. We need more papermasters....Yomiko you have paper right?" he asked
Zack dodged Kaze's Negashi but was still getting cut each time " Damn it hows it still hitting me!?" he shouted. Kaze stopped his attack and replied " Well Zack Negashi lvl 2 works differently then lvl 1. It can change to any size at my whim!". Zack took a defensive stance ( Not good) he thought.

Lospan shook her head grabbing the note from Jouten's hands. "This will be enough for the touch part and your electricity power should be more then enough since your close to Rumor's power level or at least you feel around the same level as he is" she said placing the note in the center of the circle he had drawn on the ground. "Can you focus it on the circle without frying me?"

Jouten smiled " Yeah actually I cah do that much" he said as he pointed his index finger at the circle. Electricity shot out of his finger hitting the circle. Jouten turned back to Lospan " That should be enough right? I'm sorry I can't stay until Rumor comes back but I sense that my friends are in danger. Don't worry I will give a signal at where I am and everyone will find me. Now I better get going" he said taking off into a sprint. Something bad was here.

Lospan repeated the ritual this time the lightning helping to gather more power drawing in electricity from the clouds above causing some of the remaining warships to be destroyed as they fell to the ground colliding with the circle. The chalk lines began to glow so brightly that the people surrounding it had to cover there eyes. When the light finally dimmed down Rumor stood in the center of the circle wearing a black cloak that had red hemming. "The world has already gone so far to hell that you have to summon me back here?" he asked smirking at the people around him tilting his head to the side.

Jouten sensed that a great power had appeared and realized it was Rumor " Good looks like they were able to bring him back. Well now all I have to do is hurry to where the others are" he said dashing forward.
Kain walked up to Genji and gave him a questioning look " Have you sent out the orders to the rest of the warships?" he asked. Genji nodded and replied " Tokyo is about to have alot of fun with what we have planned"

Rumor sighed watching the airships in the sky. "I was kind of hoping for a longer break you know" he said out loud but to no one in particular. "Well since I'm here then I might as well do what I can to help" he added smirking as he summoned all of the paper he could having it collect around him in a giant see of white. Slowly at first but gaining speed the paper formed into clones of Rumor each one identical to the others and each was identical to Rumor himself. Sitting on the ground Rumor began moving them around needing to concentrate to control so many at one time. Once he was ready the paper clones moved quickly in all directions gathering more paper as they ran creating familiars and weapons before launching up into the air attacking the ships.
