Susan gently put a hand on top of Joutens head messing up his hair a little. "I'm sorry you have to go through all this Jouten" she said softly kissing his forehead. "Its not right of us to put so much pressure on you to save us all"

Jouten shook his head " No I took on the task myself its who I am. I just can't sit around doing nothing. Anyway there was a time I was alone going from orphanage to orphanage when I was small, and I was always a loner when I was with the library. I'm just glad I ended up with so many friends" he said smiling nodding to Susan and Aiko.

Susan looked to Aiko for the first time since getting there taking in the girl. "I guess all kinds of children are being asked to fight for their lives now." she said sadly as she seemed to zone out before focusing back in on Jouten. "Sorry I was remembering something a little painful" she said brushing it off but not being able to get ride of the sad look in her eyes.

Jouten nodded " I will use everyones hardships as strength when I face Salvation again. I feel like now I can't lose" he said. Aiko looked at Susan " umm hi my name is Aiko i'm Jouten's friend" she said holding out her hand and smiling

"I'm Susan" she replied shaking the younger girls hand smiling. "I hope you will be able to win this Jouten though I wish we had another choice" Susan said shaking her head. "I'm sorry I'm being such a downer and interrupting yours guys fun"

"Well how about this" Susan said pointing off to the far side of the city. "There is a amusement park that wasn't hit by the battle yesterday and since I'm a teacher if I took you there no one would ask any questions. We could blame it on trying to calm students down after such an attack"

Jouten smiled " Thats a great idea awesome! Aiko an amusement park isn't that awesome!?" he said excitedly. Aiko jumped up " Oh yeah I love amusement parks and cotton candy!" she said. Jouten turned to Susan " Just show us the way!"

Susan shook her head picking up a suitcase she had put down when she saw Jouten. "Well I'm tired from my trip so ..." she said while hitting the clasp button on the suitcase sending out a wave of paper that formed up into her winged dragon familiar. "Hope you don't mind" she said climbing on it

Susan nodded as the familiar rose and took off towards the amusement park landing right behind the a large roller coaster hoping that no one would have noticed the giant paper dragon.
