Jace laughed "yeah i can devise a plan IF YOU WOULD TELL ME WHAT WERE UP AGAINST. you just said the guy's name was Carmack but you've yet to say what he is or what he does. what do we need to counter. information is what wins battles and that is what i am missing". Grant sighed "hes right you know we still have no clue whats going on you really should explain".

Jace contemplated for a few minutes "if he is overly childish and a genius then he is planing ahead based on some set of rules ether based on his power's or ours. if we want to beat him the easiest way to do so would be.... change the rules. think about it you said he could not control you or Tara... both you and tara have ability's based in your genetic codding if we go on that. then he can't control us because were paper master's now only about ten percent of the world has these ability's so he could going off the prior assumption control about 90% of the entire world. now going of the assumption that he does this threw a type of telekinetic he would have a limit or area to how many people he can control and how far they can stray from him. we ether have to sever his connection with a barrier or amplify powers to the point where he can no longer control them".
grant stairs at his brother "ok assuming i understood what you just said how do we do it".
Jace starred at the group "not a clue".

Jace blinks "chess?? really there's a tough on".
Grant looks at Jace "does that even change anything".
Jace sighs "of coarse it does it means he's referring to himself as a king".
Grant looks confused "what does that change exactly".
Jace sighs "in chess you don't kill the king you make sure to cut off all of its exits and plans to the point where it surrenders and you capture him. you said he had a bomb strapped to him he's made it so the objective of the game isn't to kill him we have to capture him cut him off at every turn. how many people are here right now by the way".

" Diffucult to act without who!" Jouten called landing on the ground with his hawk familar. " Hey sorry I was gone for a little while but i'm back now. I need someone to explain everything thats going on" Jouten said quickly. Rai walked up to him " I will tell you" he said explaining the whole situation to Jouten. " So we have a crazed maniac that wants me for some reason. Great....." Jouten said sighing.

jace shock his head "no no no joten you can't be here. if hes planing a game of chess to capture you and the easist way to win is to change the rules of chess. he's desegnated you as our king so if you don't particapate. there poof rules changed no king there for no victory".
