The IV Branch of the British Library is located on the North Pole. The main building is a large ice castle built right atop the north most point in the entire world. The entire branch is dedicated to researching all forms of defense and producing artifacts and other objects that produce shields among other things.

The Leader of this branch is Tsumetai Hyouketsu
