III Branch - South Pole
The III Branch of the British Library is based out of the South Pole the main building be located directly on the pole with long tunnels heading in all four of the compass directions leading to the ocean to help get supplies in and out. This branch is involved in the research and use of psychic powers in battle situations.

The leader of this branch is Morie Valentine
Naniyori - Uindomori, the wind lance. A powerful lance that controls the winds and uses it to attack and defend the wielder of the lance.
