V Branch - Island of Time
The V Branch of the British Library is on a mystical island that doesn't exist in any particular plan of time. It instead moves through time on its own accord only being forced into one time by a particularly powerful summoning ritual that is also lost in time. Those in this branch are warriors from time the most powerful and cunning to ever walk the face of the earth.

The leader of this branch is Ryuu Tsuichi
