The II Branch of the British Library is located in Australia with its main building located in the center of the Great Victorian Desert. This branch is dedicated to the research and development of fire arms along with all other forms of instant kill weapons such as bombs, missiles and nukes. Recently all contact with this branch has been lost and it is unclear if it fell to an enemy or if it was destroyed by an explosion of some kind.

This branch is involved in the research and use of psychic powers in battle situations.

The entire branch is dedicated to researching all forms of defense and producing artifacts and other objects that produce shields among other things.
