Jouten looked out over the balcony of the building deep in thought. So much had happened yesterday it felt hazy to him. Michelle approached him " Jouten are you ok? I know you are worried about what Rumor's doing but its ok you can trust him" she told him. Jouten nodded in agreement " Thats true I can probably trust him. Oh well I guess i'm waiting until Aaron contacts me." he said somewhat lost in thought. Maggie poked out from under a table " Jouten don't you have school now?" she asked putting her book down. " Oh shoot! Time to get going to school then before i'm late" he said grabbing his bag and hurrying towards the door. " Wait for me we go to the same school!" Anita shouted running up behind him. " Oh yeah we do go to the same high school. Well lets hurry then" Jouten said running out the door. Anita sighed " Good grief" and she followed him out the door.

Jouten and Anita walked on school grounds and noticed all the students hanging outside. Jouten checked his watch " Wait a second were not late at all." he said in an annoyed tone. Anita smiled and walked ahead of him " So were not late. Thats a good thing isn't it? I guess I will see you later Jouten" she said walking into the school. Jouten leaned against the buildings wall, and knowing he had about ten minutes, watched the clouds slowly move across the sky. A group of four boys walked up to Jouten " Hey your that new kid right? If you don't want any trouble hand over all your money" the one in the front said. Jouten looked directly in the guy's eyes that threatened him " Go away your annoying" he said

The boy grabbed Jouten by the shoulders " Listen punk my name is Kada Fuki and if you know whats good for you turn over your money." he said. Jouten grabbed Kada's left arm and flipped him over onto the ground " And if you don't want to end up broken in half leave me alone" Jouten said coldly. Jouten began to walk towards the school and Kada's friends were to scared to follow him. Jouten walked into the classroom and sat down at his seat. Suddenly hands closed around his eyes " Guess who!" a cheerful voice. Jouten laughed and replied " Only one person who would anbush me in school and sound happy. Right Aiko?". Aiko moved her hands and ran around Jouten's desk to face him " We are in the same class isn't that cool!?" she asked. Jouten nodded " Uhuh it definitely is cool" he said with a thumbs up.

The lights of the building flickered out as a jet engine airplane passed to close to the ground leaving the entire building in its shadow. Once the plane was gone and the lights had been turned back on with the schools generators students in the class room began to cry out as numerous figures in black cloaks had entered the class room without anyone noticing. They now stood around the room randomly each one turning their hidden faces back and forth scanning the room. As one they moved on one student that had stood from his desk when the lights went out. The boy was grabbed by the back of his shirt and lifted from the ground his feet dangling below him. "Toi Mashuti" the man that was holding him said causing the boy in his hand to begin whimpering. In front of him a slightly shorter person stood their hands inside their cloak. "Don't be afraid" she said calmly her teeth glistening from under her hood as she spoke. "Your death has been fated to happen" she said pulling out a long sword from the folds of her cloak. "There is no use in fighting it just be happy you no longer have to worry about dying from today on"

Jouten stood up and jumped over his desk " Who the hell are you guys? Why are you here!" He shouted. Aiko grabbed his right arm and whispered " Jouten maybe we shouldn't draw attention to ourselves."

The women turned her sword as she pulled out a second. While she placed one up against the boys throat she pointed at Jouten with the other. "Jouten" she said softly her teeth gleaming as her lips parted in a grin. "And Aiko" she stated turning the blade to point at her. "This doesn't concern you so please don't make me do something that my master won't like"

Jouten looked at the woman in shock. Aiko stepped forward " You invade our school then threaten us? Anyway how do you know our names?" she asked. Jouten grabbed a sheet of paper off his desk " Give us answers right now!" he shouted louder than before

"It is our job to deal in information" she said pressing the blade up against the boys neck causing a thin vein of blood to run down from the blade. "And we are very good at our job" she stated drawing the blade back before forcing it trough his throat barely making it through her partners fingers on the other side.

Jouten in rage drew all the paper around him and charged the women " You monster!" he shouted. He quickly sharpened two sheets of paper and slashed at her while using the rest of the paper floating around him for protection.

In a flash the paper was cut to pieces as more of it rose up creating a wall in between the girl and Jouten. "You know what the master said" a young boy said his face also hidden from view. His hands were raised up in front of him as he held the wall in place. "We are to kill one person no more no less that was our task today do not stray from that or I will be forced to end your life long before it has been fated" The women growled yanking the sword out from the dead boys neck splattering the blood along the chalkboard behind her. She angrily sheathed the blades as the large man dropped the body to the ground turning to look at Jouten once before looking back at the women. "You are lucky that I fear the master more then I hate you" she seethed out.

Jouten looked at the women with a look of hatered " You killed someone and you hate me!? Your going to pay you sick bitch!" he shouted as the air around him cracked with electricity.

"This is not the time" the boy said dropping the barrier as he walked over to the women. "Master will be hearing about all of this so I hope you have a coffin picked out" the smaller boy seethed before something caught his nose. He turned his head up sniffing the air for a minute before turning to look at Aiko. "You" he said pointing at her before moving his finger to point at Jouten. "No its you ... you smell of blood" he said calmly. "Before all is said and done you will have killed someone just as we have"

Aiko grabbed Jouten around the waist and said " Just stop theres nothing you can do even if you are a papermaster. Theres just to many of them". Jouten pulled Aiko's arms off him and turned to face her " You know what a paper master is?" he asked her. Aiko sighed " Thats because i'm a paper master too Jouten! I guess we never got around to telling each other that. My brother is also a paper master" she explained. Jouten nodded " I guess that makes sense" he said turning back to face the strange people in the room.

When Jouten turned back all but one of the people had left the room leaving only the small boy that had made the paper wall. "Do you think that you can stop us?" he asked tilting his head to the side. "This is just our job nothing more we do not want to kill these people but if we have to kill a few to save the many then so be it we will do it"
