It was a sunny day not that its ever not sunny in the levels around Mac Anu. Still a virtual breeze made the grass sway slightly the birds flew around the small field. a flash of red covered the grass as blood fell from the body of a knight locked in battle with a small figure.

The smaller figure didn’t stand much of a chance and as the knight brought down his sword the battle ended. That was until a blade came across the knights neck “Hi” the voice was becoming more feared with each passing day.

Markus had received more then a few upgrades over the last few days. the once simplistic look had slowly been replaced to something that was suitably more distinguished. “You know its quite interesting that you think you can just walk up here and kill a team mate… alone I just wanted to say that next time.”

Markus’ blade glided across the mans neck already damadged from one fight he couldn’t do anything when Markus scored a crit and ended the battle. “you should really check to see if they are in a party before you attack.”

Naza raised an eye brow as he walked into the clearing he didn't expect to run into Markus here at least not at the moment. He gave a slilent motion to his team who took to dissapearing that was good he wasn't used to the concept of working with a team like this but it worked. he approached Markus with a general hail.

"Markus i thought you were patroling the next area? What happened not enough knight to keep you busy?" The Constuct said in his ceremonial rapport opening. These last few days Nazakuni had become more human like in his additudes as his reptutaion started to return. He looked at the downed Pk on the grass. "Well that could've gone better don'cha think?" he asked simply.

"things can always go 'better' my friend, and for my taste the next area over was a little dry. it seems the knights are guarding the lower level areas with more prejudice then the higher levels. a smart move but i cant help but feel that its just too simple." Markus sat down and breathed for a moment.

Markus had notticed that Naza was different it seemed that the more human that Naza became the more animalistic Inu became. "Hay Naza do you know what my job is? i mean have i ever explained what i do for a living outside the game?"

Naza shrugged at the qeustion he didn't remember what Markus did outside the game. He shook his head negative in response as he began to sit down. "No I don't believe we've talked about our profesions." he said not entirely sure wqhere his ally would go with this. "Why? is it important?" He then asked, he never was interested in peoples lives outside the world since he didn't have one. But he might as well start paying attention it couldn't hurt ad it might be interesting.

"its not important its just interesting in all honesty i thought i told you before, I work for a soft ware company which for the last three years has unsuccessfully been trying develop AI." Markus shrugged a fact was a fact and his job had been trying to develop AI.

"apparently you guys are rare and hard to birth did you know that? any way i just wanted to get that out in the open now lets continue onto the more pressing matters at hand. how many knights have you killed today?"

Naza nodded thoughtfully made sense he and his 'brother' were the only A.I. in the world that they knew of. "It seems we are." he said thoughtfully. "Security A.I. that all..." he mumbled to himself before hearing Markus next question. "How many? not sure I've been letting my team level and assisting them when they needed it Seeing them working together is beautiful never expected they'd fall into a routine so quickly." He said pride evident in his voice. His three-man team had almost fell in like a family and his allies were feriouciously loyal he shook his head he was getting distracted again.

Markus nodded he was doing the same with his own team so it made sense that Naza was taking time out to test team work. "im glad they are working out for you mine are not doing so great mostly becouse of me, i seem to be a large target out here... maybe i shouldn't be training the troops." Markus thought breifly of the numerous times the crimson knights had attacked someone in his group. he sighed they needed to work better as a team before he left them alone but it seemed like he was the one getting them attacked.

naza put on his hood making him look shockingly different than did originaly. the transformation was simply really as his new clothes were simply put up to look like his old outfit he pulled the sleaves down and yanked down the cape like part of his cloak he did kinda look well ou there but the player in the world made this look seem normal enough to pass by unnoticed.


Naza looked at Markus taking in his new apearance for the first time and couldn't help laughing aloud. " You have a flair for the dramatic you could be picked out of a crowd by a blind beggar!" he said trying to hold in his laughter.

"hay thats not my fault. i mean really whats the point of being a PK if you cant be styling while you do it. For great justice and all that crap!" Markus smiled as he leaned back against a tree. drawing his blades so that he could inspect them.

"In all reality i like being the large target, its fun for me and sucks for them. Because as we all know I am markus the immortal PK the man who will never be taken down even when confronted with 420 knights!" Markus spoke in the most arrogant tone of voice he could muster. a clear reminder of when he had first started in his carrer changing his tittle every time he was asked who he was.

Naza laughed again Markus was truly a wonder. Naza found it hard to believe it was the same player he'd had fought back then they seemed like two different people who only act the same tough the differences were so clear mentioning them would be as pointless as filling a dry river bed with a cup.

"Maybe your right but you might do your mates a favor by not making yourself glow to every single one of your enemies." he said his tone in a mock version of a parent scolding a child. he chuckled then looked about they still had the clear and his team mates hidden confirmed that. "they didn't really plan this out..." he said to himself frowning deeply.

((ooc: Forgive my late replies ive been working on something in my spare time that has been taking my attention off of the site.))

"No one really planned anything if you think about it. I scertainly didn't think i would be fighting a war against rumor... but when life gives you players... you start player killing am i right?" Markus smiled and looked around his team had already res'd some distance away from here but he had no worries about them. they would take care of themselves.

"In all truth im to old for this war stuff. i want things to return to a simpler time when killing a player was not considered rude, but rather an acceptable way to end a conversation." Markus smiled and patted Naza on the back he had changed since he had first meet the man. possibly for the better but even markus remained slightly wary of Nazakuni's actions you just never knew if he could turn corrupt again.

Nazakuni nodded thoughtfully again and shifted in his spot. When the game first started he was a part of the games own security designed specificly to fight hacker and anomalies now that he thought about it the world must have some type of conciousness by itself He and Inukazan were no accident they were too well designed for that he missed those day when this world was the new things were simple and he wasn't bound by anything but his duty...

"It's funny Originaly I was meant for world security now look at me I'm a close to a player as one can get I'm a player killer in a guild that's waging war against the Crimson knights over a dispute over how the game should be run it funny only a few people really know that Inu and I are A.I. anyways...I don't think we ever actualy filled rumor or endrance in on that did we? Or the anomally we called the darkness either.. or most of the things we ran into..." He laughed aloud. "We took care o things ourselves without there help so why would we need it now huh?" He asked not realizing that his speech and thought orginization was failing slightly.

markus paused hearing the fragmention. "are you okay? your speaking oddly... but any way your right we have encountered some really weird things in the past. then why is it i feel that this is gonna be the event that destroys the world."

Markus breathed slowly not really sure how to put his feelings. "Something is happening i can feel it. the world is a vary viable threat and I.. well to quote a bad prequel I have a bad feeling about this."

Nazakunio grimaced at markus question he looked over himself not his physical appearance his code his essence he hadn't checked it since his encounter with the dark he flinched again as he looked at it he was in the process of adapting gain where he changed to become better at his job but a large portion of himself had begun to disasemble. He shook his head and looked at Markus. "Damn jinx mark." He said grumbling

"I can't believe it I need to find Inu later." he said trying his best to sound more annoyed than worried. it wasn't really that big of an issue while they happened at the same time he would eventually be back up and running again even better than before. it was kinda like an infection he would be fine once he got Inu to help him out until then he would be running at lests than optimum capacity. he looked at markus again. "sorry i'm just a self centered person got myself stuck in a rut thinking about my own problems." he laughed.
