Rumor moved quickly down the long tunnel cursing his bad luck at not coming when a ship was making its way to the III branch. Teleporting right into the building wouldn't be a good idea seeing as the entire branch focused on psychic abilities they would probably form some kind of barrier around the place by now and teleporting into one of those things usually caused more then a little pain. The only good thing that seemed to happen for him was the fact that it hadn't been stormy so the walkway was completely free of ice and water making running possible. Rumor smiled when he saw the all to familiar light at the end of the tunnel and sped up his pace wanting to get out of the cavern as much as possible. As he got closer to the end though he had to stop a few times peeling off layers of clothing as the air began to heat up signaling how close he was to the III branch.
As he stepped out of the tunnel a huge grin split across his face. While the II branch had lost all of its glory and beauty the III branch had not changed at all. Before him underneath a giant glass dome was a serene garden with a rive running around it. The tunnels let into this river and the cargo was unloaded their by the British Library members and moved to the large building in the center of the dome. There jutting above the trees was a pure white building the top of which merged up into the dome and continued upward giving the top floors a view of the arctic wasteland that surrounded the dome on all sides. Stripping out of his last coat Rumor walked over a small bridge and continued down the path to the building.

As he neared the building Rumor sped up jumping from the ground and up into the trees. He began jumping from branch to branch bounding closer the the building silently through the trees. As he neared the building he slowed to a stop hiding behind one of the larger trees. He peeked around watching the building for a few minutes before finding the room he wanted. Taking a deep breath he jumped forward smashing through the window and rolling along the floor sending out sheets of paper at the desk chair wrapping around it tightly. When he turned though he was severely saddened to see that the chair held nothing more then a dummy body. "Crap" he said turning around in hopes of stopping the surprise attack that was known to come but it was to late the girl had already bound across the room and tackled him to the floor.
With a loud grunt Rumor fell backwards onto the ground being pushed down by the weight of the girl pressing down on him. "Ru its so good to see you" the girl said happily hugging the small boy to her chest rubbing her chin against the top of his head. The small paper master began to move around trying to get air into his lungs barely being able to get a breath in while he was smothered against the girls ample chest. Hearing some muffled yells the women leaned back a little letting Rumor have enough air to repeat what he wanted to say.
"Morie what did I tell you about this?" he asked shaking his head a little trying to get his hair to return to normal. Morie began pouting moving herself to sit on top of Rumor looking down at the boy frowning. "But Ru I missed you" she said sadly crossing her arms over her chest. "You never come to visit me anymore its no fair"

Rumor sighed letting his head fall back on the ground giving up on trying to force the larger girl off of him and just taking his fate. "Oh Ru dear why don't you ever come to see me? I miss you so much when your not around and since you never send any men to my branch I have no one to play with" the women whined out running her fingers along Rumor's shirt buttons slipping one upon with her finger revealing his belly button. As her finger inched closer and closer to the exposed flesh Rumor let out a loud growl halting her progression. "Whats wrong honey? You never used to mind me doing this to you so why is it an issue now?" she asked seductively lowering her head till their foreheads met. "Come on now its been a while since the last time we had any fun together so just enjoy it" Morie continued putting to much emphases on the word fun. As she lowered her lips trying to capture Rumor in a kiss the smaller boy turned his head quickly to the side stopping it from happening looking at the wall and not even letting his eyes stray to the woman on top of him. Slowly comprehension dawned on Morie who sat back onto Rumor looking down at him with a serious face. "So it finally happened huh?" she asked getting up and walking over to her chair before flopping down in it. By the way Rumor avoided all eye contact she knew that she had hit the nail on the head. "So my little Ru has grown up and fallen in love, not like I'm really that surprised it was bound to happen eventually." Morie said crossing her legs and leaning back in her chair. "Now I know that you didn't come all this way to share the news of your love with me so why exactly are you here so far from home?"

Rumor blushed a deep crimson walking over to the one of the chairs across from Morie's desk and sitting down. "There is a war going on and I need your help" he said before re-telling the same story he had told Kyle watching Morie's face until he had finished talking. Once he was done the women leaned back in her chair looking up at the ceiling. Rumor sat there silently waiting for what he had said to sink in.
"So is it just the help of friends you are gathering together or are you seeking the use of our Naniyori?" she asked not looking at Rumor as if the ceiling was more interesting.
Rumor sighed having expected this but hoping that she would have just agreed without the need for him to tell her just how dire the situation was. Sneaking a glance to the wall where the large lance he had given Morie years before hung gleaming in the fake sun light. "I think that in the end we are going to need all of our weapons for this one" he said thinking back on his own weapon that he would need to get soon. "While the battle does not hinge on these weapons we will be able to help to the best of our abilities and save as many lives as possible. This battle has gone on long enough and we need to bring out whatever we can and end this before more blood is spilled" he continued calmly looking her in the eye. "Your Fetaru would be a huge help in this battle but I understand if you would rather stay here though I guess that means you will never be able to meet Jouten" he said hoping to spike her interest in the powerful boy.

At the boy's name Morie perked up having heard of his accomplishments even at this distant and alienated part of the world. She leaned forward licking her lips in hunger wanting to do more then meet the boy already. Rumor smirked at her reaction knowing that his words had all but one the battle to get her to Tokyo. The smaller boy though couldn't risk her backing out so he was going to make this something she could not refuse. "You see Morie I'm afraid that if I can't get enough support that Jouten might not be able to win this war. And you know what happens when you lose to someone like Nitas" he said giving her a sad face.
By the look Morie gave him he knew that she was captured hook line and sinker. "I can't let such a powerful man pass me by Rumor I hope you understand but for his being a mortal he is such a catch" she said licking her lips slowly. "I mean we have all eternity together my love but this boy will only live for a little while and its such a good opportunity. I would hate myself forever if I passed him up." she continued trying to explain her actions to Rumor as best she could. Rumor only nodded understandingly waiting for her pledge before he could leave. "So for as long as you need both me and my Fetaru will fight for you and this Jouten boy."
Rumor nodded standing up smiling at the taller women. "Well then I need you to leave for Tokyo as soon as possible" he said taking a pad of paper from her desk and writing down an address for her. "You will find the other two I have gathered here and they will help you to get into the local school as a teacher. From there you just need to keep an eye on Jouten and keep him from danger until the war starts or I return with the others." he said before dropping the pad to the desk and disappearing from view with a short wave.
