Okay so all of us have decide that a vote needs to be taken. Mianso is up for banning and we need to vote on this to make a decision but we need to be good about this.

Reason: Mianso only wants to join the R.O.D. section of the site since a few other members post there not because hes interested in a story based board. If he was interested he would not spam so much and ruin other peoples threads. I told him to watch the anime because i'm not letting him post in a story he knows nothing about but he still didn't listen to me. All Mianso did was send me nagging PMs about how Rumor and me are unfair and selfish. I say that he should be banned for he doesn't listen well to reason.
