History: Sai was born to a family of eskimos but never liked this life. At the age of five he relaised he could ontrol paper so using this power he killed his parents and left home at five. Sadly social services found him and put him in foster care. He killed his foster parents and the american gov erment was like ohhh damn. So like they took him and they did stuff to him so now he is like all working for them.
