Rumor sighed fixing the hood on his cloak as he looked at the scene in front of them. It had been a stroke of luck that Jouten hadn't come back to the house after school making it easier for everyone to pack up. The paper sisters were the only real hassle and in reality they weren't needed back in Britain so it was better to just leave them. The others were easier to convince that they needed to leave and a few of them even agreed from the begging so now they stood where there apartment once was. The paper had been packed away in suitcases or piled together to make the bird to carry them away from this place. Yomiko came up pushing back the hood of her cloak and sparring a glance at the other five standing behind her she placed a hand on Rumor's shoulder drawing his attention. "Are you sure this is what you want?" she asked sincerely watching his eyes for any sign of emotion but not finding any. "I am sorry to make you go through this again Yomiko but nothing else can be done for Jouten he has proven that he doesn't want us here so there is no point in postponing the inevitable." he said coldly turning away to her to watch the sleeping forms of Anita, Michelle and Maggie. "This is what we leave to him" he added before turning away from the sleeping girls and walking over to the piles of paper they had amassed. Four of the cloaked figures followed him while one stayed behind smiling at Yomiko. "This is for the best" Nancy said softly placing a hand on Yomiko's cheek stopping some of the tears that had spilled from the other woman's eyes. "Jouten has friends that will help him in the upcoming battles but Rumor doesn't have those anymore so we need to stay by him now. You know that Rumor is in more pain then he lets on but this is what we have been working for and we even tried to warn Jouten that this was going happen but he doesn't want to spend the time with us so we shall not be here for him to neglect anymore" she spoke soothingly hugging the older girl loosely. Behind them Rumor's paper familiar arced up into formation blackening out the nights sky with its wings. "Your right Nancy dear" Yomiko said softly looking up at the bird. "This is whats right and what we need to do"
That night five stories on a apartment building disappeared along with three high school students and two teachers. Left on the roof of the building were three sleeping girls and one piece of paper. On it was written nothing more then goodbye with no signature or person it was addressing.

Jouten arrived just in time to see Rumor's familiar take off " What the hell are they thinking!? Damn it here for one day and already this is happening?" he said running forward when suddenly something slashed by his head. Jouten turned to see Waltz walking up smirking " You have no protection now Jouten. It seems like your alot weaker then before also" he said. " Heh I never thought i'll see you again" Jouten said taking a fighting stance.

Waltz started laughing uncontrollably " Jouten this isn't a game i'm here to kill you. Kain may not see you as a threat but I sure as hell do. I'm sick of all the visions I get of you!" he shouted removing his glasses. " Sorry but I don't plan on dying here today" Jouten said taking his bag off and dumping out his paper " Lets just hope this works" he said. Waltz took out a hand gun and began firing at Jouten. Jouten concentrated with all his might ( Come on come on!!! I need you now!) Jouten was able to make a paper wall shielding him from the bullets. Waltz kept firing until he was out of bullets then he threw his gun " I guess its time to reveal my powers" he said. He pushed his hand forward and knocked Jouten along with his barrier about a hundred feet away " Yeah time for some fun" he said in a crazed way.

Jouten staggered to his feet " What the hell was that? He blew me away with some weird move." he said as he surrounded himself with paper. Jouten started throwing sharpened sheets of paper at Waltz rapidly. Waltz looked at the paper and suddenly it stopped completely in the air " Enough of this" he said as he pointed at a car and it went flying at Jouten. " Damn" Jouten jumped to the side to avoid the car. " Too slow" Waltz said making a fist with his right hand and the car exploded. The blast sent Jouten flying through the air but before he hit the side of a building Waltz stopped him with his right hand and dragged him in. Waltz held Jouten suspended in the air in front of him " This is great fun right boy?" he asked grinning. Jouten coughed " Go to hell"

Waltz slammed Jouten into the ground lifted him back up and slammed him several times into the side of a building before dropping him. Waltz stood over Jouten " You see its pointless with your skill. When we harvest enought souls the planets messenger shall awaken" he said. Jouten looked up " Messenger? Whats is it meant to do?" he asked. Waltz smirked " I don't know myself only the "Highers" know. I can tell you it will result in the death of the planet" he explained. " Theres no way I will let you wipe out all life!" Jouten shouted. Waltz laughed " You just don't get it do you? Once we have everything set we will revive him and he will purge the life for the planet's messenger.You won't live to see it though" he said pulling out another gun.

Waltz pointed the gun at Jouten's head but Jouten slashed through it with a hidden sheet of paper. Jouten quickly gathered the paper around him forming a large blade which he slashed at Waltz. Waltz attempted to use his power but realized his mistake to late. Waltz's left hand flew as Jouten slashed through it. Jouten slashed again but Waltz managed to dodge it " ahh damn it!!! You little shit! You cut off my hand!" he shouted enraged. ( Somethings wrong with him. Hes not able to repel me right now) Jouten thought as he took another stance. Waltz held his arm tight against his body " You will pay for this Jouten. I will kill you now even at the cost of my life" he said his voice growing darker and deeper. Suddenly the ground around Jouten and Waltz began to turn black and strange wailing noises seemed to echo from it.

Jouten felt a suddenly feeling from the strange darkness. He felt for the first time true fear. Waltz screamed in agony " Not yet! I still can kill him! Don't do this to me! Give me another chance!" he shouted as the darkness enclosed around him. Jouten watched frozen in absolute fear as Waltz seemed to sink into the ground. A voice screamed out from the darkness " Don't worry about him boy. He will be back but different at the same time! Almost here almost here!!! Almost enough to awaken it! Almost enough to feast!" it shouted before the darkness faded out of view. Jouten slumped to his knews in tears " It...it was inside my head. Like all my nightmares rolled in one. Damn it damn it!!!!!!!!" he shouted falling over and thrashing on the ground.

Jouten opened his eyes slowly and watched as someone walked up to him " You shouldn't sleep outside. You will catch a cold" Aaron said looking down on him. Jouten looked up at Aaron " Do you know what that thing was? Salvation is honestly that powerful?" he asked not bothering to move. Aaron nodded his head " Afraid so. There are at least three members that exceed me in power" he explained pulling Jouten on his feet. Aaron turned to walk away but Jouten grabbed his arm " I believe my powers are coming back now. Want I want is to be trained by you to learn everything you know so I stand a chance of beating these guys" he said with a mixed look of fear and determination. Aaron smiled " I was waiting for you to ask Jouten. I have a technique in mind for you I believe only you can master. You will need to use a special power though " he said

Jouten thought for a moment " Special power? Whats that?" he asked. Aaron moved closer to Jouten " Like me your powers are not natural and come from something about you. You will be able to use techniques that require more energy then a normal man could possess. Now what do you say we begin the next time I contact you" he said. Jouten let a low sigh " I guess I will be up for it. Well i'm going to have to explain all of this to my sisters" he said holding his head and laughing. Aaron started walking away " Just continue with your normal life for now. When its time I will find you" he said. Jouten nodded " Thats right its not over yet. I can still do something" he told himself walking towards the apartment where Michelle, Anita, and Maggie were.
