History: Kaze grew up in England in a time where most civilians were well off but it also made life simple. Kaze went through the early parts of his life largely being ignored by his mother and father because he was the youngest of seven children. By the age of ten Kaze decided that he didn't want to be part of his family and ran away. He traveled from town to town stealing food and money to survive. As he was travelling through a forest he found a blade stuck in the trunk of a giant abnormal tree. He pulled out the sword and the knowledge about it went right through him instantly. He learned that the blade was named Negashi and that it only chose someone to handle it when it found them worthy. He also learned the sword would only listen to him and that slowly the sword would reveal its secrets. He covered up the blade with cloth and continued on his quest to find excitement in a dull world.

At age 11 he met a young orphan girl named Darin outside a soup kitchen. They became friends when Darin used her own powers to save Kaze from a mad driver. Kaze realised since they were both special they should stick together and help each other survive. They grew inseparable and used their abilities to do good deeds and survive. One day two men named Aaron and Kain approached them and asked if they wanted to join a group dedicated to keeping order in the world. Kaze always looking for excitement convinced Darin it would be fun and that they could futher improve their teamwork. Kaze is now one of the chosen members of Salvation along with Darin.
