History: Kyle always had a weird fascination with guns since his dad was a gun smith he was always around them and had complete access to them whenever he wanted. At a young age he began practicing with a number of guns finding the ones that he liked and others that he couldn't stand to use. After high school he started taking hit man jobs and became an notable assassin in the underground. When he got a request to kill the Paper Kyle thought that he could use it to test his abilities. When he tried to kill Rumor though he found himself out smarted and over powered in a matter of seconds. Instead of killing Kyle Rumor instead gave him a pair of legendary guns that the British Library had been holding on to for a long time.
After that Kyle joined the British Library and quickly rose through the ranks until he was in a position for Rumor to recommend him to being a branch leader. So Kyle became the leader for the II branch. His first thing was moving the main building of this branch from Sydney to the middle of the desert that spread over most of Australia. From his new fortress he began to research more and more deadly forms of instant killing. The II branch has since lost all contact with the outside world.
