History: Tsumetai is the goddess of ice but in the time before man kind was on the Earth she was imprisoned on the North Pole by the other gods. With her they trapped a number of powerful artifacts so of course powerful beings needing the artifacts or just wanting them for there selfish gains the tomb was found. When Rumor came looking for a artifact to help cure a disease spreading across Europe he accidentally released the god and while it was a rough beginning with her wanting to take revenge on the world since the old gods had disappeared but in the end she settled down and agreed to work with the British Library. She currently runs the IV branch from a large castle made of ice that is located on the North Pole. Her branch is dedicated to researching all forms of defense and producing artifacts and other objects that produce shields among other things.
