Personality: David doesn't like to cause problems or issues and just goes along with the flow of things not really caring whats going on around him. His carefree nature can sometimes get him in trouble but unless other people are in danger of being hurt he doesn't like fighting.

Physical Abilities: he is fast and graceful able to dodge most anything just by shifting his body a little. His fighting style involves the least amount of movement possible to suit his lazy nature.

Affiliation: David is the leader of the IX branch of the British Library. This branch doesn't have a specific location but is located on the back of a monstrous sea turtle. Using a combination of David's power and barrier artifacts made by the IV branch the main building is able to go from above to below water with little to no problem. It isn't exactly known if the turtle is controlled by the mini city on its back but it is rumored that the city which was found rather then built is the remnants of the lost city of Atlantis.
History: While David is technically a water spirit he is the only of his kind to be 'manufactured'. By capturing and killing amass number of water spirits two doctors in Alaska were able to harness the power from the bodies of these spirits and merge them into one larger spirit. The only thing they didn't count on was the fact that he would gain free will and turn on them. By evaporating and freezing the water in the bodies of the doctors David managed to escape out into the frozen wasteland of Alaska. Not having proper clothing or knowledge of his power David began to weaken and eventually passed out only to be found by Rumor who claimed to have sensed that he was in need. Rumor helped get him back to health and trained him how to use his powers to their fullest. After giving him a legendary weapon Rumor pointed him in the direction of the IX branch and told him he could lead them with his immense power. Under his reign the branch has flourished and now runs the naval division of the British Library.
