"I'm really sorry sir but your on private property that is protected from the laws of this country and are not allowed to be here or arrest anyone on the property here." she said smiling at him "And if you don't leave now I'm going to have to make an example of you so that your country will not over step its authority again"

Jouten walked towards the soldiers " Why exactly do you want me? I haven't done anything wrong" he asked. " We can't tell you that but we will talk again. Just know that your special to the world and other countries are learning of your existence and the 2 other like you. We leave for now but we will meet again Jouten " a soldier said as they were lifted up by a helicopter through the ceiling of the building. Jouten watched the helicopter fly away with uncertainty " I want to know whats going on. What have I done to be a target by everyone?" he said.

"Well in this day and age countries have learned that weapons no longer mean power and instead power is inside of actual people. Countries will be looking to get you on their side to help their chances in wars and negotiations. The thing that really bothers me though is the two others like you because thats really vague, it could mean two other lightning users, paper masters, powerful people." she said looking at the damage done to her roof. "Rumor really isn't going to be pleased with this at all."

Jouten tried thinking about the situation "There are lots of people who are powerful with abilities and paper masters out there so it has to be something else they need me for. I need to find out who these two other people are. Maybe my next mission will reveal something " he said

Jouten nodded in agreement " Well tell him I stopped in and that the government wants me for some reason. I'm going to prepare for my mission" he said walking again towards the entrance
