Taming the Flames

[Eden]

Rumor, Jouten and Susan all stood in the middle of a large room under the British Libraries Tokyo branch. The room was carved from the stone with large red symbols painted onto the floor and ceiling creating a large circle. "Okay this room helps by letting us manipulate the entire area however I want." he said lifting his arm up to show a thick bracelet he had on. "This bracelet keeps me from being able to use my paper power easily meaning I will have to rely more on the flames. It also creates a time paradox for me meaning that I will age faster in this room then I would otherwise ... while that doesn't really mean I will be back to my old age it will get me hopefully a little bit taller." he explained smiling. Susan walked out of the circle sitting at the edge as a red barrier came up before her closing Rumor and Jouten in."When your ready" Rumor said taking up a fighting stance.

Jouten took stance with his arms out " Well can't say that I haven't always been ready" he said as his body was surrounded in sparks.

[Eden]

"Here goes" Rumor said jumping forward throwing a punch at Jouten only managing to get his hand heated up a little but no flames created. He focused closer on the power trying to let it flow out so by the time he threw the second punch he was able to create a puff of smoke on contact.

Jouten caught the punch with his left hand and kicked Rumor in the face with his right leg, knocking him away.

[Eden]

Rumor landed a few feet away catching himself. "I guess this body doesn't effect you" he said rubbing his nose lightly. "Its probably for the better" Rumor continued punching at the air sending a blast of fire out causing him to grin like a mad man.

Jouten quickly dodged the fire blast and rapidly punched Rumor in the face and gut several times. Jouten then picked Rumor up and threw him into the air " I don't care what body your in. This is the fight I always wanted and I'm playing for keeps" he said as his body was surrounded him electricity. He raised his right hand and grabbed his wrist with his left hand and aimmed at Rumor in midair.

[Eden]

Rumor growled spinning himself around quickly sending out blasts of fire while sending himself higher into the air. "If you want it that way lets go"

Jouten quickly released his attack " Railgun X 2!" he shouted blasting out a huge electic energy blast and it eat through Rumor's flames and was about to hit him.

[Eden]

Rumor moved his arm so that it was aimed at the wall and released a blast of fire moving to the side so the electric attack just barely missed him. "I guess you are being serious" Rumor said landing on the ground roughly raising his arms in front of him.

Jouten nodded " This is the battle I always wanted and now i'm going to show you everything" he said taking another stance

[Eden]

"I wish I didn't have the body of a child for this battle" he said grumbling blowing his slowly growing bangs out of his eyes. "I guess beggers can't be choicers" Rumor added before throwing three punches and a kick the fire bigger then the last time he had attacked.

Jouten stood still as the flames attacked him and exploded sending a shroud of smoke everywhere in the area.

[Eden]

Rumor jumped a few feet backwards making enough room between him and the smoke so that he wouldn't be surprised by anything coming out at him.

As the smoke begin to fade away Jouten walked out and what surrounded his body looked like electricity but was different. Glowing lines of electricity were surrounding Jouten's body like a cage but he seemed to move fine " Meet my ultimate defense Rumor. Ramuh's lightening shield" he said.

[Eden]

Rumor pushed his bangs back out of his eyes so he could look at the move better whistling softly. As if wanting to test it he threw a punch of fire at it.
