History: Hiro was born during a chaotic period in japan's history. He was raised by a secret government known as Dokusensha along with his closest friend Ran with the both of them being paper masters. During his time with Dokusensha he begin to experience flashes. At first he didn't know what they were but he was able to see events before they happened and react to them but he doesn't know how to use it at will. After events that made Hiro rethink what he wanted out of life he left Dokusensha with Ran and for a living the two of them are now Bounty Hunters
