History: Rumor was found by the Birist Library when he was five and taken in and raised by Yomiko Readman who was the Paper. Under her tutilige he was able to become a powerful Paper master and met a boy who was also trained by here named Jouten. At the end of their training Jouten went to join the three paper sisters detective agency while Rumor was forced into killing Yomiko Readman. After that he repressed the evil action he had commited and became the new Paper in her wake. He became the fighting force of the British Library and left behind all of his humanity becoming nothing more then a tool for the libraries selfish deeds.
