History: Castellanus found he was able to influence reality by just thinking about it and coupling the thought with words. When he told his father he was immediately taken to the hospital and studied and experimented on since a very young age. No one around him tried talking to him or getting to know him and he was never allowed to leave the hospital so he never learned how to really live outside of the white walls. Phoenix found the boy when he was destroying most of the city looking for another of his followers. He took a liking to Castellanus and changed him on the spot. Castellanus is now the youngest person to be turned by Phoenix and is kept on as a servant for their leader.
