Markus stood outside of the guilds at home a small building. He breathed slowly having a cold chill run down his spine he knew who he was expecting, he just didn’t really believe it. It had been a while since he had spoken to Itaricho the PKK an old friend that deserved his respect and admiration. Had things worked out differently he and Itari would probably be on the same side, and instead he was now the leader of a PKing guild.

Things were getting complicated more so then he would like. But he still had his hopes that Rumor would come around and avoid the better part of the blood shed. Rumor was acting weird he had worked with the man before and rumor knew about his strong morals when it came to player killing. So why was he enemy number one on rumors hit list to start with. It just felt weird, after all “I am one of the good guys… aren’t I?”

Itaricho wandered through the streets looking for the location of Markus's guild, she was a bit...afraid....to be coming around a PK guild, but she had a feeling Markus would keep his word and no harm would come. As she approached the location in which Markus had given her she spotted him, took a deep breath, and continued her approach. She heard his words and laughed a little at them. "If you want to call yourself that sure......." she said a bit jokingly, happy that activity was bringing [The World] back up to steam.

Markus was startled slightly as he hadn’t been sure if he had been speaking out loud or not. He shook his head surprised to see itaricho’s timely arrival. He smiled and bowed to the PKK. “Greetings old friend. Its good to see you again now as I promised no harm will come to you but I have to ask. What is the first image that pops into your head when you hear all PK guild?” Markes smiled as he pointed to the at home for his guild he wanted to know what Itaricho was expecting before he let her inside.

She sat there and thought looking at the building. "well...............empty.......maybe a few people here and there.....but not many because a majority may be out doing something, maybe thinking of what to do maybe at the store looking at items passing the time...................or just humming it inside to pass the time.............." She shrugged and wondered if her guess would even be remotely right. She looked at the guild's building, she felt small and it hit her that inside were far more PKs than she could even think of there being....and there was only one of her the only other one's that were fighting against the PKs were Rumor and the crimson knights.....she was extremely out numbered, she looked down thinking of her odds.

Markus smiled as he listened. The guild was a small one only fifty to sixty people strong but the guilds at home was of his desighn, to show it off brought him a level of joy. He nodded and then stepped aside so that he could open the door. “oh no trust me when I say that the guild is still fresh you wont see many of them inside, though ive tried to make it as nice as possible.”

The first room in the place was a hallway. leading down to several different rooms. Markus passed them as he walked and began to explain. “The rooms are dorms. Three to a room, we do this for two reasons. One is that our front door is our most vulnerable spot, it’s the one exit and they’re for the one entrance. Rumor has the ability to teleport but the knights don’t so for that much we can be thankful. And the second reason is that when you join your given a room with two other people. These people become your team, were against a group that far out numbers us but the crimson knights often work alone. with a three man team theres a better chance that we catch them off guard, and theres one other reason for these doorms, wanna guess?”

She thought again looking from door to door as she followed markus into the pits of the PKs den. "well.................to.........um...............I'm not entirely sure................" She admitted she really wasn't sure what the other reason could be, but she knew she would be told. Itaricho was really a bit scared even though she was promised she'd be safe, and Markus does keep promises it was just a feeling of uneasiness in her, maybe paranoia, but she wasn't sure.

“Morals, I cant be everywhere at once so I make sure that teams of three are active with eachother. Everyone that joins the guild answers a few standard questions, the ones I feel like I can trust become team leaders and get two people assigned to them. the teams get money and gear for there troubles and all leaders report to me or Naza. If we find out that PK’s have been going out of there level range all three are expelled, so there is incentive to stick to the rules of my guild…but its not a perfect system. Im not gonna pretend or beat around the bush PK’s are not nice people. And even though I try to think highly of my guild.”

Markus leaned in and whispered to her. “I am not the only one striving for control, and there are others who see this guild only as a chance to gain power, I need your help.”

Itaricho listened as he explained not really understanding the part where if a single PK in a group kills under his level then that whole group is kicked out, but it was Markus's guild and his rules, whatever.

When she heard him say that last part about him needing her help she jumped a bit and was in shock. What could Markus need Itaricho's help with. "M......Markus.......I don't know......I'm not sure I'd be able to help. You know I'm not that strong, just because I'm level 9 I still don't have the best skills to do anything......" Itaricho looked down knowing her limits, or at least knowing the abilities of those around her.

Markus grabbed Itaricho and pulled her into one of the rooms, and closed the door. the room was an empty three beds lay around with a small table and three chairs. "Listen Itari I can handle the inside threats of my guild. what i need from you is slightly more important."

Markus sat down on a bed "I need you to join the crimson knights. and stand next to rumor and endurance I am not stupid killing rumor is vital to the war effort, and thats why I need you beside him protecting him from any and all outside threats. I know rumor has a body guard but I dont know any thing about endurance save for the few times we worked together...ish im not asking you to be my spy, im asking you to be my friend, so i need you defend rumor at any and all costs. and... i need you to give Endurance this"

Markus held out something in his hand it was a logo of the CC corp that admins ware. Markus sighed "It has a recorded message for him, and i cant have Rumor knowing about it. if nothing else it will get you into the inner ring of the crimson knights. i know this is alot for you to handle but i know you. you have been my friend when ive needed you the most. and i have the most confidence and trust in you."

Itaricho looked at Markus and what he held in his hand. She liked that word "friend", especially coming from Markus even if he was a PK he was one of her best friends. "I will......I'll deliver that to endurance...and if you say that will get me in then I'll join and I'll do my very VERY best to protect them. I promise......when I'm on at least......but I promise...............all of you think so highly of me....and I'm not sure why......but I will try my very best to keep up with the standard you have for me." she smiled at Markus fists clenched with the determination to help him.

Markus bowed "Remember that i need you to protect Rumor from anyone even me if the time comes down to it. i don't know why but something feels wrong with this situation, and i am putting my money on the fact that theres something wrong with him. the demands he makes are too far out. its not his MO. and until i know otherwise im not making any aggressive movements against him, only the crimson knights. oh and no matter what Rumor cant know that it was me who sent you or about the message your giving to endurance. if he knows then it defeats the purpose."

Markus stood up and placed a hand on Itaricho's shoulder. "one last question Itari... how old are you? I mean outside of the game. its an odd question but i want to know. I myself am twenty five."

She looked at him, his hand on her shoulder feeling gentle. "I'm seventeen...............and I promise.........I won't tell Rumor about it............" Itari could tell Markus was really concerned and worried about something, and he really wanted her help she was willing to help.

Markus smiled as he heard her age. She wasn’t even an adult yet she was brave but she was barly still a child. “Itaricho do me a favor set up a power bar for your computer one that you can turn off with a switch, and keep it within arms reach. If ever there is an instance that you don’t feel safe in the world, like you feel as if your life is genuinely in danger flip the switch and turn off your computer.”

Markus smiled clearly he was worried about something but he did his best to hide it. he didn’t want to talk about his experance fighting that moderator and the burn he had found on his arm, possibly from the dragons rage…. he shook that off that was impossible and yet.

Markus just pat Itaricho on her head. “now that’s all I really have to say but is there anything you would like to say to me?”

Itari looked up at Markus and was worried, not only for her safety but more so because she was worried if she was hurt....that it would hurt him more. The pat on her head had care and worry in like that of a father's or older brother's. She looked at him and swung her arms around him in a hug. "I will........I promise I'll keep them safe and myself. When I log off next I'll set everything up so that I'll have that switch.....I promise....." she felt like she was on the verge of tears....because she didn't want to let her friend down.

Markus smiled as Itaricho hugged him. He was glad she was willing to take his advice and honestly felt responsible for her. sure he was a PK and she was going to kill him but he felt responsible for her. "Be brave Itari and i know you can do just about anything."

Markus' vioce was shaking he was slightly more emotional then he had thought. still this was nessasary. "I have a meeting i have to get too, but itari thank you. and remember Rumor cant know about the message." he gave her one last smile and hug before he led her back to the exit of the @home "I am sorry but it seems we will have to finish the tour another time."
