"Well thats confusing" Tsukiyo said flopping down to sit on the ground. "Don't worry" Susan interjected being the always calm one. "Rumor will not let us down"

Jouten smiled between the two of them, he was lucky to have such good friends wherever he went. He decided his next option would be to train himself to his absolute limits with somebody stronger than himself. He suddenly got a phone call and checked to see who it was. Jouten realized it was Aaron and quickly picked up ; " Hello? Yes i'm fine. Wait.........what did you say? That's crazy. Well I will let them know. See you there" he said as he finished the conversation. Jouten turned to Susan ; " It seems Salvation has caused the complete destruction of Tokyo. Everyone is still alive but without the British Library's help, they won't be able to rebuild for awhile. Heck they were not even done rebuilding from the last time they were attacked" he explained shaking his head, showing his worry.

Tsukiyo smirked over at Susan who only sighed shaking her head. "Jouten about the British Library. Without Rumor to lead it the position goes to the first branch head so they will be able to help but we will have to actually go and speak to Tou ourselves to get him to authorize that" she explained a slight frown crossing her face as she mentioned the mans name.

Jouten sighed ; " Great. Then lets go meet him. I'm running out of time so we have to make it quick" he told them.

"I guess I will go gather up the needed paper for the transportation then" Susan said before walking further into the building to find the supply rooms. Tsukiyo took this time to turn and look at Jouten a peculiar look on his face. "Tou is a powerful guy Jouten don't take him lightly and don't get on his bad side if you can avoid it" he said crossing his arms and looking out one of the windows at the ocean as it slowly began to lighten. "All of the branch leaders are extremely powerful people but they won't go out of their way to help anyone without Rumor's request."
