Jouten angrily held his wound where the paper was wrapped around ; " Damn you Tsukiyo." he said as he quickly teleported out of the building, bringing Tsukiyo with him. He couldn't move his body but he wasn't sure the poison would kill him or not. He decided to wait on top of the building he was on to see if he could regain use of his limbs, if not he had other means if it came down to it. If Tsukiyo made a move, he still had a trick to pull.

"Don't struggle so much the poison won't kill you its just a paralyzer" he said simply walking over to Jouten looking over the roof to the city below. "You know Rumor helped to build this branch?" he asked running a hand over the railing that encircled the roof. "He once told me something about building that at first sounded kind of funny but I think I get what he was trying to tell me .. want to hear it?"

"He told me that gaining power isn't the hard part of life but gaining power without hurting those around you is the hardest thing someone can do" Tsukiyo said leaning over a little to watch the people entering and leaving the building. "He told me that but I think it was meant for you."

Jouten shook his head ; " I know that. I knew that I could probably beat Tou in a fight so I became arrogant. I shouldn't be treating allies like that." he said looking down at the city.

Tsukiyo retracted the rope freeing Jouten to move again. "I want you to become stronger Jouten but while you stand a chance of beating Tou you wouldn't come away unscathed and it would end up doing a lot more bad then good. You just need to go under the assumption that if Rumor trusts him enough to give him such a high end spot in the Library that he has to be competent and reliable"

Jouten looked away ; " I guess your right. I will trust who he trusts, but I won't let anyone else die for my sake." he said taking out some paper, forming his hawk familiar right there on the roof.

"If you need help from people your going to either ask them yourselves or send someone on your behalf. I don't think any amount of my apologizing to Tou will get him to help us to persuade the other branch leaders." Tsukiyo said stepping back a little to give Jouten the needed room. "Make sure to call on us when you need arises"

Jouten nodded his head and jumped on his familiar, flying off into the sky. He needed to increase his strength even more if he wanted to beat Nitas, so he set off in search of Aaron.
