After the turtle surfaced Susan wasted no time in summoning up her familiar and sending the group of towards the first branch of the British Library. The flight took a little while but the small group was silent for the most part all of them trying to fully process what had happened in the last couple of hours. It seemed almost to awful to fully understand and Tsukiyo was having a particular hard time since he was now afflicted. As they neared the country Susan began circling the paper beast looking for a place to land. She was saved from having to when she noticed a part of one of the roads slowly rising up showing a large hole in the ground.
"Well thats new" she said flying the familiar into the hole as it closed back up landing the small group in a spacious room that was well lite. A young girl was waiting for them there with brown hair and eyes covered by glasses.
"If you will all follow me Tou has been expecting you" she said bowing again before leading the group down into the branch to Tou's offices. "Please go in" she instructed bowing one last time before exploding into paper that reformed into a small cube with four legs and running away.
"That's peculiar" Susan said raising an eye brow at the absurdity of it all. Tsukiyo simply ignored it pushing the door open revealing a dark room with only two sources of light. The first was a large fish tank that ran the entire span of one wall and the second being a small desk lamp. Tou sat there a grimace across his face as the three entered. In his hand he held a large circular piece of metal that rested easily in the palm of his hand. On it was a roman numeral one. The disk was glowing faintly slowly dimming as the seconds passed.
"What happened to him?" he asked not bothering to go through the introductions that were proper. Susan was the one who answered filling in what she could until Tsukiyo had to take over the ending. "So he will be back then" Tou said standing up and walking around his desk. "I don't really want to lead this organization to long so hopefully he will be back soon. So why is it your all here then since I assume its not a trip just to tell me about my new position."

Jouten stepped forward and replied ; " We need your help rebuilding Tokyo. The people have nowhere to go right now, so we need to rebuild their home".

Tou looked over at Jouten not familiar with the boy but assuming that he was Rumor's 'childhood friend' since he seemed on good terms with everyone. "I don't really have that kind of power myself but I can send out a group of paper masters to make temporary lodging. Karen is the one that has a branch located in Tokyo I will send a request to her but it might be better if Tsukiyo goes and asks her" he said sending a smirk at the mentioned boy who blushed a bright red.

Jouten nodded his head ; " Well Ok I guess I will leave it to you. I plan on going into seclusion for awhile, so if you need me you will have to wait until I finish my training" he explained as he prepared to walk away.

"If I need you it won't matter where you hide because I will be able to find you" Tou said moving back behind to sit at his desk. "You need not think that I'm not capable Jouten and doing something as trivial as finding a young boy really isn't out of my power" he continued flipping open the file on his desk revealing a picture of Jouten clipped in along with a lot of papers all pertaining to him.

Jouten spun around quickly ; " What do you mean by that? Depending on your answer, I might end up in a bad mood" he said darkly.

Tou smirked leaning back in his chair. "I don't see what you have to get angry about boy I was merely saying that you continue to act like some kind of bad ass and underestimating the power of those around you and while Rumor may put up with your egotistical view of the world I'm a different story. If I need you I can find you no matter where it is you might try hiding."

Jouten appeared directly before Tou ; " Say one more thing and I'll destroy you." he said as electricity ran through his body.

Tou raised his hand up a grimace on his features. "I will not have this blatant dis respect boy" he said snapping his fingers as the room went completely black until it was impossible to see anything. The darkness began to become oppressive holding everyone in place making it hard to breath as the weigh pushed in from all directions. "You may be the most powerful where you come from but this place isn't the same" Tou's voice came from seemingly everywhere at once.

Jouten's anger continued to increase; he was sick of other people ordering him around and acting like he didn't make a difference. He continued to think of the people who got hurt and the friends he had lost, and was determined not get shown up by people who were not even on Rumor's level.
Suddenly the red and black aura shot out from Jouten's body, his eyes turned red and his hair spiked, and he was able to move freely in the room ; " Show me what you got, and we'll determine who's stronger" he said.

Tou laughed the sound of it echoing around the room as the shadows grew darker and darker looking more like pitch black as everything was lost. The aura around Jouten gave the boy some protection but the shadows were reaching out grabbing at it pulling at Jouten's clothes and skin. "Did you know that Rumor is a leader of one of the branches of the British Library?" Tou's voice asked as the shadows continued their small scale attack. "He was the first of us, the most powerful of us and our leader at the same time but the power difference between us all isn't as large as you would think. Each of us was picked by Rumor and he knows we are all powerful enough to do what is needed"

Jouten closed his eyes and the aura around him flared ; " Good, it wouldn't be interesting if you were not strong" he said as dozens of red bladed swords spawned around him and circled him. He was determined to put these powers to the test, no matter how much anger clouded his judgment.

The shadows fizzled slightly before they became more angry slicing through and grabbing the blades pulling them away from Jouten and the other blades brining them out of site while at the same time circling in closer to Jouten becoming closer and closer until he was once again fully in the dark with it pressing on him physically. "Your lucky your Rumor's little pet otherwise I would kill you for this disrespect" Tou said his voice still coming from everywhere at once before the room brightened once again and the shadows along with Tou were gone. Tsukiyo was watching Jouten with a pissed expression on his face while Susan seemed more disappointed. "Do you ever think about your actions or words?!" Tsukiyo seethed out walking over to Jouten and grabbing him roughly by the arm. "You could have just turned the entire library against you with that fucking stunt and do you know the trouble this could cause Rumor?!"

Jouten glared at Tsukiyo ; " It doesn't matter if I turned that asshole against me. My life at the moment is one of battle, so a few more enemies wouldn't hurt. Plus I already know how to fight Tou next time I meet him" he said as the aura faded away, and his hair fell back down. The color of his eyes changed back to blue and he started walking away. What was it about these new powers that was affecting his mentality? Arrogance, Pride, and his determination were all amplified. He didn't have time to let these people push him around, he would make sure Tou would feel his power first hand in the future.

Tsukyio yelled angrily whipping out with his arm a string of green paper flying out and wrapping around Jouten's wrist injecting one of his signature poisons that paralyzed its targets. "You can't go around acting like this Jouten your turning out almost as bad as Tou and your arrogance is getting on my last nerve!" the boy yelled glaring at Jouten angrily. "You need to find some way to not walk around like a complete ass hole before it costs you your head. In this organization there are people who can and will kill you for the smallest reasons and its best to not try and make enemies you don't need when you aren't even able to kill the ones you have now!"
