Kain held his bleeding stomach while walking through the darkened halls. 2 figures approached him, and he saw it was Roze and Zane.
" You two are late, I almost was killed because of that brat and his friend. He needs to die, they both need to die. Nitas is looking to be the only one capable of stopping them."
Zane remained silent looking between Kain and Roze, he then finally spoke up ; " There's one Higher left, and that's Roze here. Her life is directly linked to Nitas's true strength, so what do we do?"
Kain reached out suddenly shot Roze directly in the chest with a pistol. Roze held her bleeding chest ; " Kain! What are you doing!? If you break the seal, Nitas will be too power for us to control!"
Kain grinned ; " The time for controlling Nitas is over. Our chances of winning while we controlled his power went down the drain when his physical body was destroyed. I just want to see him regain his true powers, we held it from him for too long."
Roze looked at Kain with a horrified stare, and collapsed on the ground in the pool of her own blood.
Zane looked down blankly at her body, and lifted his gaze to Kain ; " So that's it is it? The seals are gone?"
Kain dropped the pistol and turned to face Zane ; " Go to fight our enemies Zane. Nitas trusted us with the mission to return him to power, and that why Taihou, Gengi, and Roze had to die. Now Nitas will be unleashed, and we will gain an army like no other."
Zane nodded in agreement, still wearing his cold blank like stare ; " I believe Zack and Aaron just arrived here. I will go take care of them, since Zack is a old friend its only fitting."
Kain started heading down the hallway, and suddenly turned back ; " Did you also capture those British Library brats? We need some reason to keep Rumor out of this battle, Jouten is bad enough already"
Zane smiled ; " Yes, with my powers it was easy. The branch leaders named David, Leah and Kyle are within our grasp. They are in the main chamber with the Soul machine Nitas brought here. Now excuse me while I go kill a former friend."
Kain grinned as the darkness covered the hallway ; " Welcome back master Nitas. It looks like your feeling good today."

Aaron rushed forward, cutting through various soldiers, while Zack and Rex followed closely behind.
" We had the airship drop us off and then had it leave. Why would we stand ourselves here with no way out, and no back up?" Rex asked.
Aaron stopped suddenly as they looked at the mansion before them ; " Its because Nitas has been fully revived. Not even Nagataka could hold back the power now, and I didn't want all of our allies to die."
Zack shook his head with a confused expression ; " What do you mean Aaron? How could Nitas be fully revived without finding a new host body? Also, you said Nagataka can't hold him back, how is that even possible?" he asked.
Aaron sighed ; " This was known only to members of Salvation, but there was a reason why Nitas didn't actively participate as the leader, and that's because we betrayed him. Specifically Kain and myself decided a few decades back that he was to dangerous to remain in charge, so we placed a seal on him, and placed the seal within 3 members. Taihou, Gengi, and Roze were all granted the titles of Higher and had seals engraved into their bodies, but without Nitas knowing. He knew he had grown weaker, but he had no idea that his own organization was weakening him by just being alive and near him."
He took a breath as he looked between Zack and Rex, and then continued.
"As he grew weaker, the more the Highers gained control of him, and the more power from within they obtained. They were wary of original members like Kain and me, and they started looking down on us. Its why I left the group in the first place, learning the truth about Nitas and sealing his power from within wasn't enough to stop the group's evil agenda. I left after Taihou, Gengi, and Roze gained control of the group, and Kain remained behind, convinced that Nitas's power was the key to bringing peace to the world. As you know, eventually Hoa went rouge as well, and he brought Fenir along with him (Who was working for me all along) to try to change the world by wiping out humans. In the end, Kain must have been all out of options, and he probably killed the 3 Highers himself to let Nitas's true power out"
Zack angrily glared at Aaron ; " Your organization has caused so much pain and destruction. Hopefully your not feeling pity for your former friends"
Aaron smirked a little, adjusting his glasses ; " Maybe just a little. I would like to pay my old friend Kain a visit"
Suddenly the doors to the mansion burst open, and Jouten ran out. He was closely followed by Carmack and Ace.
" What the hell Carmack, your secret path lead back outside!" he shouted. Jouten then turned to see Aaron, Zack, and Rex.
" Looks like you 3 made it! Its about time, Ace and I have been working off our asses fighting Salvation and rescuing Carmack here" Jouten explained.
Zack wiped the sweat from his forhead ; " Well at least your all still alive. I personally thought you were dead Carmack, especially with what happened to Jean."
Carmack lifted up his stump arm ; " I'm alive, but a shadow of my former self. Kain absorbed my abilities by consuming my hand, and apparently he already used it in battle to escape."
Aaron nodded his head ; " Kain takes every situation into account, and tries to always find a way out for himself."
Jouten walked out between everyone ; " There should still be more people arriving. Hopefully they make it here in time, from the way Kain sounded, it looks like their final plan has been put into motion."
Out of the corner of his eye, he noticed that hundreds of soldiers were running at his group ; " Well looks like I was right."

Suddenly darkness swept out across the island, and the sky turned into a twisted display of black and red. Hundreds of thousands of Demonic looking dogs, with razor sharp teeth and fangs, and various other creatures shot out, attacking both the wave of soldiers pouring in, and everyone standing outside the mansion.
Zack slashed through a few of the demonic looking birds, and Jouten fired off a Railgun directly through a dozen or so dogs.
Jouten looked up at he twisted portal in the sky, and standing there floating in the air was a man in a black cloak. He knew this man well, considering he almost died fighting him before.
" Nitas, you look fine, don't you?" He said with a nervous grin.
Nitas started laughing ; " Thanks to Kain, I have returned at full power. Even the combined strength of you and all your friends will be meaningless against me now!"
